KERNER, Circuit Judge.
This is a petition to enforce an order of the Labor Board against the Deena Products Company. We shall refer to the respondent as Deena.
The Board found that Deena had violated § 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a)(1), by interrogating its employees as to their union activities, threatening reprisals if they engaged in such activities, and promising and granting wage increases as a further means of discouraging union membership and activity.
