Leonard Finn, trustee under an agreement dated March 15, 1957 (the agreement), has brought suit against Elizabeth Finn (Elizabeth) and Lillian L. Corey (Lillian), alleging that he is the holder, as trustee, of a fund in which both defendants claim an interest. In her capacity as administratrix of the estate of Irving J. Finn, Elizabeth was allowed to intervene as a party defendant.
