This is a petition filed in the Superior Court on May 23, 1945, alleging that an order made by the respondent commission on May 16, 1945, and served on the petitioners on May 17, 1945, directing them to, abate a nuisance maintained by them upon their premises in Waltham, *171is illegal and unjust and unreasonably interferes with the proper conduct of their farm, and seeking to have the said order altered or annulled by a jury.
