The circuit court of Cook county decreed that appellee is entitled to an undivided 3/20 interest in certain real estate in the city of Chicago, the legal title to which, though held by defendant the Liberty National Bank, is impressed with a constructive trust for the benefit of appellee in 3/20 thereof. It was further decreed that appellee is entitled to partition, and, by reason of transfers made to and by other defendants, she is entitled to an accounting for rents, issues and profits.
