MILLER, Presiding Judge.

Defendant-appellant, LeRoy F. Davis, Jr. appeals his conviction for burglary, a class C felony, following a trial to the court.

Davis presents three issues for review:

1. Did the trial court err in failing to exclude testimony of Officers Steb- bins and Lawson on the basis of their admitted violation of the court’s order to separate witnesses?

2. Was the evidence sufficient for the court to conclude Davis entered the building and had felonious intent?
