This is an action by Martha A. Keith against the Ft. Worth & Rio Grande Railway Company for damages on account of the death of her adult son, Edward W. Keith, alleged to have been caused through the negligence of defendant company. The judgment of the lower court was for plaintiff, which was affirmed by the Court of Civil Appeals. 163 S. W. 142.
