Appeal from Pottawattamie District Court. — Hon. O. D. Wheeler, Judge. Action at law to recover damages of defendant for failure to furnish an agreed current of electricity for the purpose of operating an elevator in a building in the city of Council Bluffs owned by the Groneweg & Schoentgen Company. Trial to a jury, verdict and judgment for plaintiff, and defendant, appeals. —

The Groneweg & Schoentgen Company, a corporation engaged in the wholesale grocery business at Council Bluffs, undertook the erection of a large four-story building for the conduct of its business', and it entered into a contract with plaintiff, another corporation, engaged in the manufacture and sale of elevators, to fur•nish and install a freight elevator in said building with a capacity of six thousand pounds.
