HOLMAN, Commissioner.

Respondents filed a petition in the County Court of Lewis County, Missouri, seeking to enclose about 500 feet of roadway running through their land which had been' relocated by the construction of a new road. The relief was sought under the provisions of § 228.160 (unless otherwise indicated all statutory references are to RS Mo 1959, V.A.M.S.). The required notice was given and appellants, Leo G. and Dorothy G. Deters, filed a remonstrance. The county court held a hearing and on December 2, 1960, the court made an order vacating said roadway and authorizing respondents…
