Plaintiff UNROW Human Rights Impact Litigation Clinic (“UNROW”) is a “litigation program at American University Washington College of Law” that “provides pro bono legal representation to clients seeking redress for violations of their human rights.” (Compl., ECF No. 2, ¶ 11.) Among UNROW’s clients are the Chagossians, a group of displaced indigenous people from the Chagos Archipelago in the British Indian Ocean Territory. (See id. ¶ 3.)
