RILEY, Circuit Judge.
We address this litigation for the second time, and we agree with the district court: 1 “[tjhese issues were for the jury and the jury has spoken.” We affirm.
In Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. v. Travelers Ins. Co., 292 F.3d 567 (8th Cir.2002) (Dairy Fanners I), this court remanded the case to the district court for trial on Dairy Farmers of America, Ine.’s (DFA) breach of fiduciary duty claim based on Travelers Insurance Company’s (Travelers) failure to appoint separate counsel to represent DFA in a personal injury claim.
