1 Writ of error denied by Supreme Court. This suit was instituted to recover damages for the alleged wrongful ejectment of appellee Sanford Green from the cars by appellant's conductor, it being charged that he was carried by his station in the nighttime and ejected at a lonely place, and as a result thereof sustained serious and permanent injuries.
