Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (Lawliss, J.), entered April 7, 2004, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to find respondent in willful violation of an order of the court.

Respondent, the father of three children of whom he had custody for most of their lives, resided with his wife, who had custody of her three children from previous relationships.
