In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Bellantoni, J.), entered September 7, 2010, as, upon reargument, in effect, *861vacated so much of an order of the same court entered March 18, 2010, as denied that branch of the motion of the defendant Chapel Hill Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as assert against it, and thereupon granted that branch of the motion.
