Allen, Sr., against the State of Illinois whereby Claimant seeks damages for personal injuries he sustained as the result of an accident in which he lost control of his motorcycle on. a patched area of Illinois Route 57 in Coles County, approximately one-half mile south of the Route 45 interchange at Mattoon, Illinois.
