Petitioner Ramon Armando Rojas Pa-redes, a native and citizen of the Dominican Republic, petitions for review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) dismissing his appeal from an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) removal order. The IJ concluded that two New Jersey state convictions against petitioner constituted offenses for which petitioner may be deported under § 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”). 1 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(iii), (B)(i).
