MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff seeks to vacate an “amended” arbitration award and confirm an “original” arbitration award. Defendant seeks an order affirming the amended award of the arbitrator. Plaintiffs motion will be granted.
