RUARK, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment wherein the plaintiffs-respondents recovered damages in the total sum of $5,250. Judgment was rendered on August 10, 1961. On August 21, 1961, defendant filed motion for judgment in accordance with defendant’s motion for judgment at the close of the evidence, or in the alternative, for new trial. On August 31, 1961, defendant filed motion to amend the foregoing motion by inserting a new ground. On November 14, 1961, the foregoing motions were overruled by the court.
