Second degree murder; sentence: twenty years.

This is the latest in a line of trials and appeals resulting from the murder of Gordon Zuck on December 5, 1973. The present appeal was taken from the appellant's second trial. The first trial ended in a mistrial.

The State indicted and convicted the appellant of being a member of a conspiracy which carried out the murder of her father, Gordon Zuck. Other members of the conspiracy were alleged to be the appellant's mother, Ruth Zuck, and the appellant's brother, Richard Zuck.
