Certiorari to Wayne; Donovan, J. Mandamus by Hazen S. Pingree to compel the Michigan Central Railroad Company to issue a family mileage book. From an order granting the writ, respondent brings certiorari.

The circuit court for the county of Wayne granted a mandamus to compel the respondent to issue to relator a ticket, popularly known as a “family mileage ticket,” described in Act No. 90 of the Public Acts of 1891. This act has been considered in the case of Smith v. Lake Shore & Michigan Southern R. Co., 114 Mich. 460, and held applicable to that company, which, like the respondent, was one of the railroad companies *317chartered by the legislature previous to the adoption of the Constitution of 1850, which reserves the power of amendment and repeal as to all corporations thereafter created.
