The parties are adjoining landowners of realty located in Washington County. This cause was filed in chancery court seeking an injunction, damages for trespass, quiet title in the appellees, and a determination of a boundary line. An answer was filed claiming this was a trespass action which should be tried in a law court. A motion to transfer was made in the alternative to dismissal.
