This is an action by the plaintiff (now in her own right) wherein she seeks a permanent injunction against the foreclosure of deed of trust, and cancellation of note and deed of trust, all relating to premises 1128 Abbey Place, N. E., Washington, D. C. A temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction were requested and obtained, conditioned on the filing of a $1,000 bond for the pay*227ment of such costs and damages as may be incurred or suffered by any party who is found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained.
