Plaintiff, a youngster 15 years of age, was a student of José González Ginorio School located in the ward of Romero in Villalba, Puerto Rico, and at the time of the occurrence he was attending a manual-training class supposedly under the direction and supervision of the industrial arts teacher of that school, Luis Rios, codefendant herein. Rios was never summoned nor brought to trial.
