Gibson (Petitioners) from a decision of the State Civil Service Commission (Commission) upholding Petitioners’ furloughs from their infirmary positions as licensed practical nurses (LPNs), regular status, with the Department of Corrections (Department) at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford (SCI-Graterford).
