SEILER, Judge.

A summary judgment was granted defendant hospital district on its plea of sovereign immunity in this action by plaintiff for the wrongful death of his wife, a patient in the hospital, resulting from a fire which allegedly was caused by the defendant’s negligence. The court of appeals, Springfield district, affirmed the action of the trial court. On application of plaintiff, we ordered transfer.
