DENNEY, District Judge.
This case comes before the Court on timely appeal by Joseph William Eisen-berg of his conviction of a violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2153(a).
Eisenberg’s conviction was one of several which arose out of certain incidents which occurred on the Washington University Campus in St. Louis County, Missouri, during the late evening of May 4, 1970, and the early morning of May 5, 1970.
