Krystal Allen was convicted of eruelty to animals. As a condition of Allen's probation, the district court prohibited her from possessing any animals (other than the dog currently belonging to her son). Allen asks us to overturn this condition of her probation.
As the facts recited in the majority opinion demonstrate, the challenged condition of probation appears to be eminently justified. However, the real question in this case is whether Allen is entitled to ask this Court to review the district court's decision.
