This action was brought in aid of an attachment issued against the property of the Bennett Manufacturing Corporation, which was organized under the laws of and whose principal place of business was in the state of Massachusetts. It was based upon the provisions of the Code of Procedure relating to attachments and to actions to recovey attached demands, and was instituted in pursuance of leave by the Supreme Court granted under the provisions of section 677.
