This is an application for a mandamus to the chancellor of the Western Division, commanding him to vacate and annul an order made by him on the 30th November, 1877, whereby he set aside a final decree rendered by him on the 27th November, 1875, in favor of the petitioner, and against Samuel L. Cresswell and others.
