COGAN, District Judge. This is a diversity-jurisdiction contract case concerning the entitlement to settlement funds from an antitrust class action also before the Court. The parties have cross-moved for partial judgment on the pleadings as to the declaratory judgment action. For the reasons below, plaintiffs’ motion is granted, and defendants’ motion is denied.
