SMITH, P.J.,
for the Court.
¶ 1. Dr. James A. Mace and Angela T. Mace were granted a divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. The parties agreed to joint legal custody of their fourteen-year-old daúghter, Brittany, with Mrs. Mace having paramount physical care, custody, and control. The parties were unable to reach an agreement as to the distribution of the marital estate and petitioned the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Harrison County to make the disposition, as well as a determination of child support and alimony.
