HAYNES, Circuit Judge:

Jonathan Andry ("Andry") appeals the decision of the en banc Eastern District of Louisiana ("Eastern District"), here represented by the Lawyer Disciplinary Committee for the Eastern District of Louisiana ("the Committee"), suspending his authority to appear before the Eastern District for one year. We VACATE and REMAND for further proceedings.
