Lester D. Bose recovered a judgment against the parties to the present suit for damages for personal injuries he sustained on April 15, 1926, by falling from a telephone pole on which were located plant facilities of the respective companies. The judgment was affirmed for $40,000 on appeal to this court. [Rose v. Missouri District Telegraph Company, 328 Mo. 1009, 43 S. W.
