Before the court is petitioner Kaitlyn Waller’s Motion for Review,1 dated and submitted to the court on September 23, 2005, one day after the termination of the 30-day limitation period established by statute for the filing of an appeal of the decision of a special master under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34 (2000 & Supp.2003) (Vaccine Act).
