J. T. Blankenship & Associates v. State

This is an action to recover the sum of $14,250.00 for engineering services performed by Claimant in connection with several construction contracts at the Giant City State Park.

The facts are not in dispute. On August 8, 1968, Claimant entered into an engineering services agreement with the Department of Conservation of the State of Illinois.
