Lexington, a city of the second class, instituted this action against J. A. Edge, Annie Edge, his wife, and the Peoples Savings Fund and Building Association, a corporation, seeking judgment against J. A. Edge for taxes against certain real estate owned by him and described in the petition for the years 1931 and 1932, and for the enforcement of its tax lien and the sale of the property to satisfy same.
