This matter is before the Court on the appeal from the December 27, 2007 decision of the Bankruptcy Court granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants Columbia Sussex Corporation and Wimar Tahoe Corporation (collectively “Columbia Sussex”) on President Casino Inc’s (“PCI”) breach of contract claim.
