The Defendants, Alton and Juliette Wilson (the Wilsons) and Bonnabel Properties, Inc. (Bonnabel), appeal from the partial summary judgment granted in favor of the Plaintiffs, Maureen Marshall, wife of/and John Bloodworth, Jr. (the Blood-worths), Neala Sylvester Fontenot, Wanda Fontenot Bordelon, William Ray Fon-tenot and Rickie Joseph Fontenot (the Fontenots), finding that the Plaintiffs have acquired ownership through 30 years acquisitive prescription of the 12 foot wide alleyway along the rear and adjacent to their property.
