This cause is before us on appeal from an order dismissing appellant’s amended complaint as to defendants Addie Weltch Crosby and James Ellis Crosby, Jr. (the Crosbys), individually, and as personal representatives of the Estate of J. Ellis Crosby, deceased (the Estate).
