Appeal by defendant from part of a judgment in favor of plaintiff in an action brought by plaintiff as trustee in bankruptcy of Samuel Goldy to recover from defendant, the minor daughter of the bankrupt, an automobile allegedly purchased with funds of the bankrupt while he was insolvent.
In August 1950 the bankrupt, referred to as Goldy, received approximately $30,000 as part payment from the sale of real property.
