ASHBY, J.

—The People appeal (Pen. Code, § 1238, subd. (a)(1), (6)) from an order striking a prior serious felony conviction. (Pen. Code, § 667.)

By information defendant Keys was charged in count I with burglary of a residence and in count II with receiving stolen property. The information further alleged that he had previously been convicted of a serious felony, residential burglary, within the meaning of Penal Code section 667, subdivision (a).
