ORDER GRANTING EMERGENCY MOTION TO SET BOND

JORDAN, District Judge.

The defendant vessel, the M/V Destiny Panama, “together with her boats, tackle, apparel, furniture, engines, and appurtenances,” was arrested on May 18, 2000, to secure the plaintiffs’ wrongful death claim.
