Case Summary
Derik and Tammi Blocker appeal the trial court’s summary judgment and de*1155cree of foreclosure entered in favor of U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Certificateholders Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AHL3 (“U.S. Bank”). We affirm.

The restated issue before us is whether there are any genuine issues of material fact that would preclude the entry of a decree of foreclosure in favor of U.S. Bank.
