OPINION

ESQUIVEL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment awarding attorney’s fees.

Briefly, the background facts are as follows. Jody Maxwell Tombs (Tombs) was involved in a collision with appellee, Kelly F. Axtell (Axtell). Axtell sued Tombs for injuries received in the collision. Appellee Sam C. Bashara (Bashara), an attorney, represented Axtell under a contingency contract of employment in Axtell’s personal injury suit against Tombs.
