Affirming.
Appellants, with John Downey, were indicted by the Olay county grand jury on a charge of robbery with and by the use of deadly weapons as denounced by section 1160, Ky. Stats. 1936. When the case was called for trial, Downey moved for and was granted severance, and the Commonwealth elected to try appellants. Upon submission, after proof and instructions, the jury returned a verdict of guilty, assessing a penalty of life imprisonment against each of the accused.
