FENNER, Judge.

James Parker appeals from an award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) that affirmed and modified an award of the Administrative Law Judge.

The factual background forming the basis for this appeal began on November 13, 1985. At that time, Mr. Parker was employed by Tempel-Callison Construction Company (Tempel-Callison) when he slipped and fell while lifting a concrete form over a wall.
