Defendant, Avaya Inc.’s (“Avaya”) moves for summary judgment (the “Mo tion”). (Dkt. 15). Plaintiff, Ashley Brock-man responds in opposition (the “Response”) (Dkt. 25) and Avaya replies (the “Reply”). (Dkt. 30).
