1Per curiam

Pursuant to Tennessee’s version of the Uniform Commercial Code, the plaintiff sued three individual defendants for collection on two promissory notes. The jury found in favor of the plaintiff and the district court *217entered a judgment against the defendants on the notes, together with interest and attorney fees. Five issues have been raised on appeal. After reviewing these issues, we find no error and affirm. .
