MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HADEN, Chief Judge.
Pending before this Court are the objections of the Plaintiff, Hanley C. Clark, Commissioner of Insurance for the State of West Virginia, as Receiver of George Washington Life Insurance Company, to the Orders of Magistrate Judge Hogg entered September 29, 1993 and February 1, 1994. 1 These orders denied the Plaintiffs discovery motion to compel the production of certain documents in the possession of Defendant Carolyn B.
