REYNOLDSON, Justice.

Defendant appeals his conviction for rape of a 13 year old girl. We affirm.

An extended factual recital is unnecessary. The jury could have found from the evidence prosecutrix left her home in an automobile driven by defendant’s male companion on a cigarette-buying errand. Defendant, age 23, at that time was hidden in the back seat. All concede the car was driven to the country. There, according to prosecutrix, she was raped by each man while the other held her.
