Arch Hensley was charged with the crime of burglary in the district court of Stephens county and gave bond for his appearance for trial, which bond was signed by himself as principal and Bob Mooney and R. E. Begley as sureties. Failing to appear when the case was called for trial, said bond was, on the first day of May, 1924, forfeited and the order and judgment of forfeiture entered upon the records of the court and the county attorney ordered to file suit upon the bond.
